Winner of the 2008 Premier's Award for Agri-Food Innovation. Wholesome Pickins is a family owned and operated farm, located just east of Delhi in Ontario, Canada. David and Jenn VanDeVelde created the Wholesome Pickins name and it is becoming well known for quality strawberries all summer long - from June all the way to Thanksgiving!!

The farm has been in the VanDeVelde family for over 75 years and has moved through 4 generations.  The farm has transitioned from tobacco and ginseng into a thriving fruit and vegetable market.

In addition to the finest strawberries, we offer a variety of fresh South Western Ontario fruits and vegetables - many of which we grow ourselves!

We also offer a Pick Your Own Strawberry Patch in the month of June and it is always weed-free, ripe and ready for picking!
